On 15 September Yagoda in collaboration with Hong Kong Tatler Magazine held Hong Kong Tatler Ball 2018, the most significant social event in Hong Kong. That night, in spite of the coming typhoon that was called the largest in the history of Hong Kong, we had invited over 380 esteemed guests to dip them into the atmosphere of an endless Universe.
“Science. Space. The Future.” was the main thesis of the event’s concept. These were the three essential elements that united all the guests of the event, since each of them believe in the successful future, scientific progress and the hypothesis that a person’s inner world is the space within.
As Carl Sagan, American astronomer and astrophysicist, said: “The cosmos is within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself.”
